Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies are used on the Dianovo website.

Last updated: 2026-05-28

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on dianovohealth.com. It complements our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Short answer

As of the “Last updated” date above, this website does not set any non-essential cookies on your device.

Swedish law (the Electronic Communications Act, Chapter 9 § 28) and the GDPR only require consent for cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary for a service you have actively requested. We have deliberately built the site so that no such cookies are set, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner.

If that changes - for example, if we add a B2B analytics tool that does set cookies - we will update this page and deploy a compliant consent banner before the new technology is activated.

2. What we mean by “cookie”

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. The same legal rules apply to similar technologies (pixels, local storage, fingerprinting). Swedish and EU rules distinguish between:

  • Strictly necessary cookies - required to deliver a service you have actively requested (for example, keeping you logged into an application). These do not require consent.
  • Non-essential cookies - for analytics, advertising, personalization, or visitor identification. These require prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, in line with IMY’s enforcement decisions of December 2024 and subsequent guidance on cookie banners.

3. What we currently use

a) Vercel Web Analytics - cookieless mode. We use Vercel’s analytics product in its cookieless configuration. Vercel does not place any cookie on your device. Instead, on the server side, it computes a short-lived hash from non-identifying request signals that is discarded within 24 hours and cannot be linked back to you. We see aggregate counts (page views, referrers, country), never individuals. Because no information is stored on, or retrieved from, your device, this does not fall within the consent requirement of Chapter 9 § 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act.

b) Resend - email delivery. When you use the contact form, your message is delivered by Resend. Resend operates server-side; it does not set cookies on your device through this website.

c) Next.js / Vercel hosting. Our application framework (Next.js) does not set any persistent tracking cookies by default. The hosting platform may set short-lived, strictly-necessary technical cookies in limited cases (for example, for security or load balancing). These are exempt from consent because they are necessary for the service to function.

d) Leadfeeder (Dealfront) - cookieless company identification. We use Leadfeeder’s Web Visitors tracker to understand which organizations, not individuals, look at the site for business purposes. We run it in its cookieless configuration: consent management mode is enabled, so the tracker does not place the _lfa cookie, or any other cookie, on your device. Instead it identifies the visiting company on the server side by matching the network IP address to a business database. We have IP anonymization enabled. Because no information is stored on, or retrieved from, your device, this does not fall within the consent requirement of Chapter 9 § 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act. The tool operates at the level of organizations and cannot identify you as an individual or recognize you as a returning visitor.

4. No advertising, no third-party trackers

We do not run third-party advertising on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, or similar cookie-based visitor-tracking technologies. The one B2B tool we use, Leadfeeder, runs in cookieless mode and identifies organizations rather than individuals, as described in section 3(d).

5. Your right to withdraw consent

Because we currently do not collect consent for any non-essential cookies, there is nothing to withdraw on this site today. If we add a tool that requires consent in the future, the consent banner that will appear at that time will offer:

  • A clearly labelled “Reject all” option of equal visual weight and as few clicks as “Accept all”, in line with IMY’s enforcement of GDPR consent requirements.
  • A way to change your preferences at any time from a persistent control in the footer.
  • A record of consent that you can revoke at any time without detriment.

You can also control or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this website.

6. If we add visitor-identification, advertising, or other tracking tools

We currently use one B2B visitor-identification tool, Leadfeeder, in cookieless mode (see section 3(d)). It identifies visiting organizations by IP-to-company lookup and does not set cookies or store anything on your device. We are not currently running any tool that sets cookies or similar identifiers.

If we ever activate a tool that sets cookies or similar identifiers, or switch Leadfeeder out of cookieless mode, we will:

  1. Update this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy first;
  2. Deploy a compliant consent banner;
  3. Block the relevant scripts from running until consent is given.
